“It has packaged loads of interesting information from experts in a way that’s easily understood and practical for viewers to implement in their daily life.” -Zuraida “We hear from top local and international experts how: food affects our mood; to deal with stress; to face your fears; to balance motherhood with “me time”; and more.” - Stephen

WIN one of three gorgeous Radox hampers include a towel, soap dish, gown, make-up bag and products by telling us what you do to bring wellbeing into your life.

Competition ends Friday 16th April 2010.

To bring Well-being into my life I try and incorporate a spa visit at any possible opportunity. After a facial or pedicure or massage I will feel revitalised and on an emotional "high" and ready to administer and care for my family in the best possible way. Sometimes I do have to improvise and "create" a spa experience for myself at home because its expensive and I cannot do this very often but the effects are the same! candles soft music, incense etc go a long way in providing that Wellbeing feeling!

I bring well being into my life by trying to stay calm and see the positives in every situation, burning incense while relaxing in the bath beats all expensive treatments at a health resort and leaves money over for that realaxing bottle of wine and chocolates and of course more relaxing radox.

I enjoy a head and neck massage between shampoos when a Thai hairdresser does my hair. She also massages before she starts to do anything on my hair....it's the most amazing, relaxing, invigorating thing...all at once!!

I arrange the meals that I make so that there's a period of about 20 to 30 minutes where I can leave the oven to it. Then, I use that time to sit in the conservatory with a cup of tea or juice and I look out of the window, when the weather is warmer I might sit outside. I just sit and look at the plants, the birds, the clouds, the rain, the sky, anything outdoors. It's nothing earth shattering and it's certainly not expensive but to me it draws a line under my working day and makes me relax ready for my evening at home.

To bring well-being into my life I simply try to take the time to forget the humdrum of the office and actually experience life. Experience the fulfillment of physical challenges like a run or a mountain walk and throw in some mental excercises (crosswords, sudoku) followed by the timely and now well-earned reward of simply soaking away for an hour in a hot bubble bath. In my eyes, well-being is all about balance... and besides its far more rewarding to do something active and then reward yourself with complete pamperment than just sitting at desk all day and then coming home and vegging on the sofa all evening! Live life. Live it hard and then take the time to totally relax.

To bring wellbeing into my life I get up at 6am and take the dog for a walk then I make sure that the house is as organised as possible. I make any difficult phonecalls at work in the morning so that they are not hanging over my head all day, and keep smiling. In the evening I spend some quality time doing crafts with the kids then later I take a book to the bath and enjoy a long soak. I watch the TV for a while with my hubby. Bliss.

I find the easiest and cheapest way to bring wellbeing into your life is to make sure you set aside time each day for yourself. During the day i'm a mother, nurse, wife, teacher, personal shopper and much more, but i set aside a time during the evening to be just me. Reading a book in a hot bubble bath. Reflecting on the good things in my life such as my children and my good health. Getting out of the bath, putting some relaxing music on in the background and just relaxing. Always puts me in a positive frame of mind and prepares me for the following day of being a mother, nurse, wife, personal shopper........................and being thankful that, that day is coming.

i find it very difficult to bring wellbeing into my life as i have quite a busy life with work and kids,so the only way i achieve this is to take the children to the park and incorporate a long walk in the fresh air with my husband, this is my favourite calming tool and always gives me a feeling of wellbeing. When i am exhausted to the point of giving up and bursting into tears,i have a bath loaded with relaxing radox(i normally shower,so a bath is a real treat),i shed a few tears and wash away my worries and this is the ultimate for wellbeing for me.x

Long country walks with the dogs - natural sunlight gives me such a lift. lots of time pottering in the garden and greenhousegrowing our own fruit and veg, nice cups of green tea and when I manage to sneak a night with the house to myself - a long soak in the bath with the lights dimmed, a splash of Radox in the water and push that spa button in the bath - LUVVERLY!

Not having extra money for spa's, massages, facial, etc I treat myself to a Radox foam bath every month. Having lived with stress for nearly 3 years since my husband passed away, all I have to deal with is money problems.. I wish I could have a pampering session to feel good again, but not for now. Thank you Radox for making my life a little better... nothing like a soothing soak at the end of a long day.

To bring wellbeing into my life I find nothing more relaxing and de-stressing than taking my dogs for long walks on the beach after working and come back feeling very invigorated and ready to tackle the cooking, household chores and helping my kids with their home while delegating my husband to help me as well. I also then so my own personal 'spring-clean', giving myself a facial, shaping eyebrows, etc., which makes me very good as well.

As an apprentice many years ago, money was a rare commodity that used to make a very brief appearance every month & disappear. Balance and wellbeing in my life is always a priority & I used to make every possible effort to achieve this. My ultimate ‘centering’ & rejuvenating indulgence however was relaxing in a steaming bathtub imbued with a mystical & surreal concoction of powerful herbs and essences. This Radox experience was a weekly indulgence that uplifted my spirits & allowed me the time to get to know me! Priceless.

By eating healthly, exercising and (trying to) stress less. Even a moment in the garden under the moonlight with candles helps to relax me. A fabuolous bubble bath with Radox really unwinds me and relaxes my mind, body and spirit. But most importantly - treat other as you would like to be treated - Kharma is very important and REAL. All your actions have actions and re-actions. Be good to yourself and others and that helps your wellbeing shine from the inside out !

In order to bring Well-being into my life I try to live as healthy as possible; treating by body as a temple, by eating healthy and doing regular exercise. I deal with stress in the best way possible, staying calm and thinking things over. It is important for me to sit and be quiet and peacefull atleast once a day. During this quiet time I revitalise, I put my feet my foot spa, and I breath... I surround myself with possitive people and people who truly loves me. And the awesome new Well-being show on SABC 3, Life's a journey, makes Well-being in my life so much more exciting!!!

I break away for a relaxing night or week-end all by myself regularly. I love watching the ocean, so I always prefer a room with a seaview so I can sit and just unwind with a glass of wine and watch the birds and the sea. At home I like to have freshly cut flowers in the house, I have diffusers in some rooms, the smell of both makes me unwind and give me a feeling of well being.

I STAY IN THE MOMENT...and that is easier said than done. Because we have to budget carefully, I try and do it with the simple things in life and 2009 taught us as a family that just by 'pampering' each other means the world to us. We would 'make-up' the bathroom with beautiful smells + bath-goodies + vanilla smelling towels etc... give each other 'foot-spa's' ,backmassages etc...

I spend time being there for a friend and listening to her and simply offering my services as a confidant. I spend time saving up to visit my 80 year old granny who lives 2000 kilometers away just so that I see can see that familiar smile that graced my childhood. I relish the time admiring the free spirit & innocence of my 6 year old daughter and remember my beautiful childhood. Or I am inspired by the gratitude in a disadvantaged child's smile as I try my best to make his life more comfortable. That is the purpose of life and these memories makes you whole and makes you eternally beautiful. That is what I cherish the most!

Wellness is not only a state of being but it is a practice. What sounds good to me is created conscious intentional habits to remind me that our natural state is after all, Happiness. It is most definitely unnatural to miserable. In a room at home, work at gym even there is always an opportunity to help someone in some way. Be it a smile, a sweet, a simple 'hi, how are you' or 'let me let with that fax'. When we look beyond ourselves, that is the practice of wellness because there is a pervasive joy felt. Yoga and tai chi help to remind us of the gift our the body and breath. Some candles, dim light and Jai Uttal(Beautiful instrumental music) help to relax and be grateful. Whatever shape, colour or age; yoga and tai chi(practiced accordingly) can be a centering exercise. We can look to the world with hope or fear. The practice of hope is refreshing as it is powerful.

My well-being i am a single mom , working faraway from my son with the strees that i wish i can be with him and looking at other kids on the street makes me wonder, why cant they just have parents to look after them and cherish that moment to hold an innocent baby in your arms, so Radox makes me relax and wish to be a loving mom again.
