Struggling to sleep?

Slow down and treat your body to help you sleep at night.

 

If you battle to sleep then try massaging your body (or get someone to do it for you) with an essential oil at least three times a week, before taking a hot bath. Massage is known to rid the body of toxins, lower stress levels and relaxation.

My recommended essential oils are: citronella, lavender and orange.
