The Grillroom

The Grillroom, the new kid on the Franschhoek strip, is the latest venture of chef Matthew Gordon who brought you the Haute Cabriere Cellar Restaurant The French Connection bistro. What’s more, their winter cocktail menu will keep you warm all afternoon.

I haven’t had a chance to check it out yet - too many shoots keeping me in town - but I’ve heard fantastic reports. The Grillroom is definitely on my ‘must do’ list this winter.
