Our love was ignited one cool evening at HQ in Cape Town. I happened to be passing by and Andre intercepted saying that he has seen me around and knows me from somewhere. I immediately recognised him from varsity days in Stellies although we had never got to know each other then. We got chatting..2 dates later we were an item and we have been inseparable since. For my birthday weekend in December 2010, Andre whisked me away for a romantic getaway in Franschoek at Clouds Estate..I could feel that this was going to be a special time away...He brought out my birthday gift with a card that read:'I'll love you forever....Will you marry me?' As I was reading this he opened the gift box presenting the most stunning engagement ring and repeated 'Will you marry me?' I said yes, of course, and the rest is history!!! Our wedding day was truly magical! The romantic elegant theme was brought to life with the lovely ivory and pink colours, intimate decor and beautiful roses. The evening was filled with love, friendship and in the spirit of celebration we created the most amazing memories!!
