New Cape Town shopping

15 December 2011

If you're from Cape Town or planning a holiday to the Mother City be sure to add these shops to your itinerary.

Christopher Strong

Cape Town-based fashion brand, Christopher Strong has just opened up shop on Long Street. Co-owners, Elaine du Plessis and Michael Owen collaborated with interior designer Liam Mooney to create a space, which is light, sunny and the perfect canvas for their gorgeous summer frocks and uncomplicated clothing.

The plan is to redesign the shop space with every new collection so that it always reflects the look and feel of the brand. It's definitely worth a visit particularly in the new year when they add more smalls (think custom printed silk scarves) and bespoke jewellery and accessories.
