Deck the halls
The FAIRLADY food team is gearing up for Christmas.
Christmas cheer has hit early in the FAIRLADY food department!
Malls are putting up their decorations and it feels like Christmas is just around the corner. Anyone who is making their own Christmas cakes has probably also started on their own preparations. We're working on our December issue, and have already gotten into the festive spirit.

In the first picture, food assistant, Gina is working her way around studding a gammon – that joint was bigger than Justine's miniature schnauzer, Lotti, who looked quite terrified at the sight of this cold, pink ham! In the next two pictures, assistant food editor, Peta is steaming a pudding and whisking the custard to accompany it.
