Spicy hot chocolate

Stay warm this winter with a cup of spicy homemade hot chocolate.

[Serves 2]
200ml full cream milk
50ml cream
100g dark chocolate,
broken into pieces
2 tbsp sugar or honey
1 cinnamon stick
½ tsp vanilla extract
To serve
1 small handful of mini marshmallows
1 Gently heat the milk and cream in a small pot over a low heat.
2 Add the chocolate and stir until it has melted.
3 Add the sugar or honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4 Pour into mugs, top with marshmallows and sprinkle with cinnamon.
