Celebrate Valentine's Day with this super-sexy cocktail.

[Serves 2]
100g raspberries
½ cup vodka
¼ cup dry vermouth
1 Place two martini glasses in the freezer half an hour before serving.
2 Purée all but a handful of the raspberries in a blender and strain the purée through a fine sieve.
3 Combine raspberry purée, vodka and vermouth in a cocktail shaker; add ice and shake well.
4 Strain into glasses and garnish with extra raspberries.
