Raspberry yogurt lollies

A quick and easy summer dessert that's bound to be a hit with the kids.

Makes 6
180g frozen raspberries
3 tbsp icing sugar
300g raspberry flavoured yoghurt
1.Place the raspberries in a blender with the icing sugar and 1 tbsp water and blitz until smooth.
2.Spoon mixture into ice lolly moulds until half full, top with raspberry flavoured yoghurt. Insert sticks, place moulds in the freezer and allow to set.
3. To serve: Unmould and serve immediately.
