Quick, easy and delicious!

 
Tortellini with creamy pea and spinach sauce

[Serves 4]

500g (2 packets) tortellini
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup cream
2 cup fresh peas, blanched
2 cups English/baby spinach
½ tsp crushed chilli flakes
Nutmeg
Sea salt and black pepper
Parmesan for serving

1 Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain, drizzle with olive oil and set aside.
2 Over a low heat, toss the pasta together with the cream, peas, spinach leaves, chilli and nutmeg.
3 Season to taste and serve with Parmesan.
