Easy chocolate granola

Delicious for breakfast or as a healthy snack.

[Makes 2 cups]
250g rolled oats
100g raw almonds
150g sunflower seeds
100g sesame seeds
1½ tbsp good-quality
cocoa powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
100ml honey
30ml sunflower oil
100ml apple sauce (available from supermarkets)
150g chocolate chips
1 Preheat oven to 160ºC. Mix all ingredients together until evenly coated with honey, apple sauce and oil.
2 Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
3 Once the granola has cooled, mix in the chocolate chips and store the mixture in an airtight container.
4 Serve with warm milk.
