Spinach and feta mushrooms

Serve with finely chopped chives.

[Serves 4]
half spinch and feta filling
8 large brown mushrooms
(mushroom steaks)
sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper
olive oil
To serve:
30g chives, finely chopped
1 Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Clean and peel the mushrooms, remove the stems and season.
2 Spoon the spinach mixture into the mushroom shells.
3 Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.
4 Serve sprinkled with chives.
