Boland Private Cellar Sauvignon Blanc 2009

This delicious Sauvignon Blanc has a smooth and lingering acidity with well-established fruity flavours. It is elegant on the palate initially, with an unassuming, deeply-ingrained complexity.
 
I found it to be ideal with rich white meat and seafood. It is also amazing when paired with a salad for lunch. I would recommend this wine for a ANY special occasion.
