Name: Amber Jones Blog: Thunder In Our Hearts If you've read the November issue of FAIRLADY, you would now know of fashion designer and stylish blogger, Amber. We pinned her down once again and asked her to share her top fashion advice and party tips. You have your second collection available at Mr Price, which we love! So we want to know what are the most treasured items in your wardrobe? Oh the horror of choice! At the moment I would have to say my black zip skinnies and sheer shirts. Also my knotted tees seem to be getting many outings lately. Where is your favourite place to shop? Such a tricky one to answer. I have huge love for Mr Price - it's always the first place I look. I'm lucky to get to go on the odd overseas trip, where beauties are always found at Topshop or Zara. Country Road kills me in a good way... Really no set list I guess. I just follow my beady crow eyes.

If you could only buy one thing to update your closet for the season ahead, what would it be?

A cropped printed blazer, coloured skinnies, broad stripes and slouchy tees. Oh right, one thing... the slouchy tees then.
 
We’re heading into the social silly season, what is your go-to party outfit?

I'm having such a sequin moment. Love mixing them up with knit basics for that tolerably OTT vibe. Or kicking it mannish in a tux shirt and black skinnies. Bright tee shaped frocks and bold lips also a winner.

What are your essential elements for a perfect party?

Good friends, good conversation, good music, good food & good champers! Oh and millions of candles.
 
Where would someone usually find you on a Saturday night?

Having dinner with my beloved either on the couch or at one of our favourite places.
