Name: Leila Blog: Bow Peep Blog Do you prefer summer or winter? Why? I love summer, summer time in Cape Town is amazing. It only starts getting dark after 7pm and the city has a great festive mood in summer time. Is there any website or blog you have to visit daily? I visit a lot of craft and design blogs and websites such as Craft Gawker, Design Sponge and Decor 8.  I also enjoy reading local blogs such as Lanalou Style, Pretty Pretty, and dressed by style. I usually look at a few local and international news websites.

If you didn’t have your brand bow peep, what would you be doing?

I think I would be doing something in the marketing field or I would be in retail. I did want to be a politician when I was younger, but after three years of studying politics I decided it wasn't for me.

What is your current obsession?

I am currently addicted to a website called Pinterest (my Pinterest user profile is leilabadsha). I spend way too much time on it, it's the best form of procrastination. Pinterest is a great way to keep a 'catalogue' of all the cool things I find on the internet. It's also a good way to find out about current trends overseas.

Valentine’s Day – love it or loathe it? And why?

I loathe it, I think it's become a day that big retailers try to exploit to make more money. I think it's wrong that companies inflate prices just for Valentine's Day. For me it's just another day of the year, nothing special.

What is your go-to outfit for a date night?

I have a high-waisted black skirt from Good Clothing which is my go-to outfit for most big nights out, I usually just change the top to suit the occasion. It's comfortable and easy to accessorise.
